Powder Church

Tay and I hit White Pass yesterday afternoon. It's a relatively small mountain, but there were quite a bit of great runs. It snowed heavily the entire time - I think they got about 3 inches in the 4 hours we were riding. We spent most of the day on the "Bird Runs", a few short runs on the backside of the mountain that were tree lined and moderately steep with a few jumps on the perimeter. We also hit their terrain park. It's a bit mellow compared to others I've seen, but worked perfect for us. I hit my first sliders and for the most part didn't have any problems. Tay did a rail to tailbone that he's still paying for I think... I plan on going back sometime in early 2008 for sure!
